By registering for and attending any event you grant authority to LWH Support Services, LLC and its affiliates, agents and assigns the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise display your name, image and likeness in publications and other materials related to the event, including but not limited to printed materials, websites and social media channels.​​​​​
